it is very obvious that Iron Man can not fight Magneto.

Well it sure looks like they are fighting to me….

They will casually explain that Tony’s armour projects some sort of anti-magnatism field and that Magneto can’t strip it from him because it is part of Tony, blah, blah, blah. Just enjoy the fight!
